Joyful Learning Tree is designed for young children (ages 3–7). We prioritize safety and privacy and aim to comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws.
Information We Collect
- We do not require account creation or collect personal identifiers from children.
- The app may store minimal preferences (e.g., sound on/off) locally on your device using localStorage.
- If advertising is enabled, third-party ad networks may collect usage data consistent with their policies. We will only integrate ad providers that support child-directed treatment and comply with COPPA.
How We Use Information
- Local settings improve app experience (e.g., remembering your sound preference).
- Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be used to improve features when such analytics are enabled and configured in a child-appropriate manner.

Advertising and Child-Directed Treatment
Ad placements (if enabled) will be non-intrusive, clearly separated from learning content, and compliant with Google AdSense and COPPA guidelines. We avoid personalized advertising for children.
